As part of the Black History Month activities, Robla School District and the Roberts Family Development Center are inviting 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students to participate in the 2023 Black History Essay Competition.
Drop off begins at 7:40am and occurs in our large parking lot at the west end of campus. There is NO student drop off in our bus circle or parking lot at the east end of campus (by the office). Any cars dropping off in the bus circle will be redirected to the drop off parking lot. Due to bus safety regulations, please do not park on the street and walk across the bus circle to the front gate to enter school. If you do park on the street, please use our sidewalk and crosswalk in the bus circle.
The drop off gate does not open before 7:40 and staff are not on duty until this time - please do not let students out before 7:40. Adults are to stay in their cars and in the drop off loop. Please do not park in the staff parking spots and walk your child to the gate. Main Avenue staff will be there to assist students at arrival. There is one lane for cars to stay in to approach the drop off stalls. Wait until you are in one of these stalls to let your child out.
While we know it may be difficult to leave your little one at school and not come onto campus to wait with them until the bell rings, we need all adults to follow these protocols from the first day school begins on August 15th. We will have plenty of staff on hand to direct students to their line. We have worked hard to set up these safety protocols and need every visitor to follow them so cars can move through the process quickly and with minimal interruptions. If a staff member redirects you to the correct gate or reminds you of our safety protocols, please adhere to their directions. They are doing their job to keep the staff and students safe!
THANK YOU FOR WORKING WITH US AS A TEAM TO KEEP OUR PANTHERS SAFE!
