Meet Lisa H. Vargas, an incredible Education Specialist at Glenwood Elementary! Over the past decade, Vargas has been a dedicated member of the Robla School District, helping countless scholars grow their confidence, shift their mindset, and achieve success.

"What I love most about my job is that it doesn’t feel like work! I enjoy watching my scholars change their fixed mindset into a growth mindset and make progress throughout the year."

Vargas has served in multiple capacities for Robla SD, including as an SDC teacher and PBIS team member. Now in the first year as a Resource Specialist, Vargas continues to inspire students with their belief in the power of learning and self-advocacy.

We are grateful for Vargas' dedication and enthusiasm in serving our scholars and making Robla a special place for learning and growth!
